One year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

 

Plexity Labs warrants hardware and accessories against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of original retail purchase. Plexity Labs does not warrant against normal wear and tear, nor damage caused by accident or abuse. To initiate the return/refund process, contact us at info@plexitylabs.com. Warranty benefits are in addition to rights provided under local consumer laws. You may be required to furnish proof of purchase details when making a claim under this warranty.

You may return a top and/or base for one year from the date of original retail purchase for a full refund, or exchange the product for another of equal or lesser value, if you feel there is a defect or if you are experiencing problems with our products.
